Thank you for your inquiry about the differences between the SuperScan K4, the M4 and the H4 series. The agent explained the Wx family will be coming out soon, but he didn't know, nor does the email explain, why Zircon came out with the Wx family/model line. They actually called me back and answered the question, guess they get it a lot, and they sent me a canned email explaining (and told me upfront they have a canned email to explain). was right.ĭuring the day, I called Zircon left a VM. My guess was it's marketing for to the big retailers. It was just bugging me after reviewing the datasheets side by side of all 16 models. I am in no way associated with Zircon, at all. Thanks Rob, been there, read that, doesn't explain the duplication and of the model lines. Is it just marketing model lines for different big box stores?

I downloaded all the datasheets for the "4" versions of each of the models (H4, K4, M4, W4).Īnd but for the color, I can't tell the difference. They do have data sheets for the 1 - 4 in each model series.

(based on their news posts)(they have no post explaining of comparing the models from each other). Seems they came out a short time ago, within a few months of each other in 2020, and the Wx is introduced this year for a hardware show. They have 4 families of finders that look exactly a like. I was looking to see what's available today and came across a riddle.
I've had a few different stud finders, guessing it's been 10 years since I've bought one.
